Registration - NEW Families

Please ensure the items below are completed to register your child at San Luis Obispo Christian School:

1) New Student Registration form (download)

2) $150.00 Registration Fee (per child; non-refundable)

3) Parent Pledge (download)

In addition, California law requires the following items:

4) Copy of student’s birth certificate

5) Immunization records

6) Proof of residency

Please register early to ensure placement. Incoming Kindergartners are encouraged to attend “Kindergarten Round-Up” in the spring, and must be enrolled prior to that date. Please complete the Student Registration form and either mail it or bring it to the school with the registration fee and the other required documents. Please call the school office with any questions at 543-1146. Thank you!

Registration - RETURNING Families

Please ensure the items below are completed to register your child at San Luis Obispo Christian School:

1) Returning Student Registration form (download)

2) $75.00 Registration Fee for first child, $50.00 for all additional children (non-refundable)

3) Parent Pledge (download)

Please turn in completed forms and fee(s) to the school office no later than March 15th. Forms turned in after this date will be treated as New Student Registration. Please fill out a New Student Registration form for incoming Kindergarteners.

Tuition & Fees

Tuition
SLOCS strives first to make our school as excellent as possible. We then try to make it as affordable as possible. Quality education is costly, and therefore we have fundraisers during the year to help reduce the cost of tuition. Tuition and fees are determined for each school year based upon actual costs and enrollment levels. We are also extremely grateful for donations from individuals and churches that believe in the vision of SLOCS and help with financial support.

Tuition may be pre-paid in full or in monthly payments. All monthly tuition payments are due the first of the month, and late after the 5th.

Tuition:
Kindergarten: $3,465.00 (or 11 monthly payments beginning August 1st)
Grades 1-6: $4,750.00 (or 11 monthly payments beginning August 1st)

Tuition discounts:
Multiple child: 10% discount for two children, 15% for three, 20% for four or more
Prepayment: 3% discount for full annual payment by August 1st.

Fees
Regular annual fees include: registration fee, curriculum fee, and field trip fees. Most field trips have a minimal cost, but there are a few special multi-day field trips for upper grades that require higher fees (e.g. Sacramento, Catalina Island, Mount Hermon).

Fees for the current school year:
Registration: $150.00 (new Students), $75.00 (Returning students, $50.00 for additional students from the same family)

Curriculum: $220.00 due July 1st.
